Bergamot Wild 600 +Seeds | Bee Balm A Perennial Medicinal Herb & Culinary Flower

July 8, 2026

600 Wild Bergamot Seeds | Bee Balm: A Perennial Medicinal Herb & Culinary Flower Tested & packed on 1-10-2023, 90% Germ.Grow Zones: 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 This perennial wildflower is deer resistant. Also known as bee balm, horsemint, and wild monarda. Bergamot is native to the United States and a part of the Mint (Lamiaceae) family. Likewise, the leaves smell of fresh mint and are used to make mint tea and pressed for mint oil. The pom pom flowers of wild bergamot are lavender in color, edible (cake toppers, in salads, vinegars and used to make jelly). In addition, bee balm bergamot flowers are also commonly featured in medicinal teas, tinctures and oxymels. Wild bergamot medicinal properties include: anti-microbial, a soothing digestive aid, anti-spasmotic (suggesting an ease in cramping ailments), and nerving (nerve calming). Bergamot is a wise choice for your garden. It is heat tolerant, reaches about 3 ft tall and blooms from May through September. Even better is that it grows in all of the different soil types (even clay). Germination instructions: Monarda Fistulosa seeds need light to germinate. Sow seeds on moist bedding by speading them evenly on top of the soil, gently pressing them so that they will stay snuggly in the moisture of the soil, meanwhile ensuring they don’t sink into darkness when watering. Keep the seeds and soil moist during the entire germination phase. Germination time takes up to 28 days. Enjoy next day handling time and shipping via USPS First Class.

1 Oz Wild Bergamot Wildflower Seeds – Everwilde Farms Mylar Seed Packet

July 8, 2026

1 Ounce Mylar Packet – Wild Bergamot SeedsGold Vault Mylar Zip Packet Besides being a popular choice for making herbal tea, this plant once had a place in many homes as a sweet scented potpourri. The essential oils in its leaves also made it an excellent flavoring for both foods and beverages. Because of its many uses and its stunning blossoms, the Herb Society of America gave this plant the 2013 Notable Native Herb award. The genus name Monarda honors Spanish botanist Nicolas Bautista Monardes, who studied herbal and medicinal plants from North America during the 16th century. The species name “fistulas” comes from a Latin word meaning “tubular,” referring to the shape of each flower’s many spikes. Direct sow in early spring, pressing lightly into the surface of the soil. Keep the soil lightly moist until germination, which should occur within 10-20 days at temperatures from 60-70 degrees F. When the seedlings can safely be handled, thin or transplant for wider spacing. For an early start, start the seed indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost and transplant outdoors. These seeds are non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms), and are also free from all Neonicotinoids. They are packaged in our superb Gold Mylar Mylar Zip Packaging, which gives the seeds the best storage possible, and allows you to reseal the bag for later use. The artwork and labels on the packet are loaded with information – many people comment that it is the most beautiful packet that they have ever seen. If you have never tried out our seeds before, this is your chance to experience something special!
