Windmill Palms: Palms are 22” to 24″ tall (above soil level) Extensive root growth Hardiness Zone: 7-11 Palms will be shipped bare root (no soil). The roots will be packaged inside a baggy with moist paper towels. Due to the nature of palms, fronds may be pruned prior to packaging to help promote healthy growth.
