Mushroom Substrate 5 Pounds | Sterilized |

July 8, 2026

…We take well composted horse manure, add peat for aeration, gypsum, water and that’s it. Keep it simple. We don’t add vermiculite, it’s environmentally unfriendly, bad for our lungs and has no nutritive value. Hydrated to field capacity. The substrate is sterilized not pasteurized.
