The parent tree is truly huge, towering and impressive, yet its exact origins remain shrouded in mystery. All we know is that it was originally labeled as “Caribbean Mystery,” likely a rare hybrid or unidentified Sabal form with Caribbean roots that has adapted incredibly well to colder climates.
