Hoary Vervain (Verbena stricta), also known as Hoary Verbena, is a member of the vervain family. Unlike other members of the vervain family, this variety preferes medium to dry conditions. 24-36″ flowers that will produce 1/2″ violet blue flowers that grow in spiked clusters. Will attract butterflies. Drought tolerant. Plant in fall after first frost.
