Meetings are held at Cheekwood Botanic Gardens. If you find we are offering the meeting online during a specific month, on that meeting date & time; 15 minutes before the meeting you can log into those meetings and view them online realtime via Zoom. - September 15th – Cheekwood/Bradford Meeting Room – “Growing Vanda’s in Your Home” – John Cranshaw – Vanda’s for Active Members to take home (In Person @ Cheekwood)
- October 20th – No Venue – Online Only (Zoom) – “Online Greenhouse Visit” – Send in 6 Photos of your growing space to show members your growing conditions.
- November 8th (Saturday (3 to 7PM) – (Ed Merkle Residence)) – ORCHID SOCIETY BUSINESS MEETING & CHRISTMAS PARTY – See Newsletter for Address & Event Info (Bring your own Drinks & a dish to pass as well as Plant’s for the Gift Swap)
- December – NO MEETING / MONTH OFF
2026 Meetings & Show Schedule
- February 20-22nd, 2026 – Orchid Society of Middle TN Orchid Society Show & Sale at the Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, 1200 Forrest Park Dr, Nashville, TN 37205
We appreciate you letting friends who may be interested know about the Orchid Society! Meetings are usually held on the third Monday of every month except June (Annual Picnic) and December (Christmas Party) at Cheekwood 1200 Forrest Park Drive Nashville 37205. Refreshments are at 6:30 pm and our meetings begin at 7 pm. Given COVID concerns please check back here from time to time, as our meetings may be held solely online.
