We try to contain the soil as much as possible within the packaging, but some soil may find its way out of the pot and onto the plant. If plants have soil over the leaves, it can easily be rinsed off with water. If plant is slightly wilted and the soil is dry, we recommend that you give the plant a watering as soon as you can to revive the plant. During this time, the plant might wither a little, but is necessary in the establishment and growth of roots in the new potting container. – While the plant gets adjusted to its new pot, do not place under direct sunlight. If you will use tap water direct from the faucet, let the water sit for 24 hours to allow the chlorine to evaporate. Fertilizer: You can occasionally add a drop of liquid fertilizer to encourage growth. For best results, use a fertilizer that is specifically formulated for lucky bamboobut be careful not to over-fertilize. They can actually live even without fertilizer. If you have aquarium, water from aquarium can also be used for bamboos. Too much fertilizer will hurt the bamboos and eventually will die. Trimming: Remove dead or yellow leaves.
