We reserve the right to request the plant be returned to me prior to issuing the refund, but a digital photo of the damaged plant is appreciated and may forestall the need to return the plant. Plants are sent priority mail or UPS ground, so they stay in boxes the least amount of time. You have three days from the date you received your purchase to notify use of problems. Please note that cosmetic damage may occur naturally from shipping and will not endanger your plant. Bent or broken stems or dirt falling out of a pot do not constitute damage to the plant. Some slight wilting during hot weather is also normal, especially with perennials or annuals. Please be aware that foliage may be trimmed for shipping if that is in the best interest of the plant and at certain times of the year some plants may still be in a dormant state and have no foliage yet.
