10000+ MIXED MOSS ROSE SEEDS PORTULACA GRANDIFLORA MIX FLOWERS GROUNDCOVER

July 8, 2026

Succulent Nature: Moss rose is a succulent, which means it has fleshy leaves that store water. This adaptation allows the plant to thrive in hot and dry conditions.Colorful Flowers: The most notable feature of the moss rose is its vibrant, showy flowers. They come in a wide range of colors including red, pink, yellow, orange, white, and various bicolor combinations. The flowers are typically small but are produced in abundance, creating a carpet of color when planted in clusters.Low-Growing Habit: Moss rose plants have a low-growing and trailing habit, which makes them ideal for ground cover, hanging baskets, or container gardening.Sun-Loving: These plants thrive in full sun and require plenty of sunlight to produce their best flowers. They are well-suited for hot and arid climates.Easy Care: Moss roses are relatively easy to care for. They prefer well-draining soil and don’t require frequent watering.Annual or Perennial: Moss roses are often grown as annuals in colder climates, but they can be perennial in warmer regions where the temperatures don’t drop significantly.Keep in mind that while these plants are relatively easy to grow, they might not tolerate frost or very cold temperatures, so appropriate care should be taken in colder climates.Location: Choose a sunny location for your moss roses. These plants thrive in full sun, so they should receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.Soil: Use well-draining soil. Moss roses prefer sandy or loamy soil that doesn’t retain excess water. If your soil is heavy and clay-like, consider amending it with sand or organic matter to improve drainage.Planting: Sow seeds in starter trays or individual pots 6 – 8 weeks before end of frost season. Press the seeds into the soil but do not cover. The seeds need light to germinate. Transplant the Moss Rose seedlings into the garden 12″ apart. Space the plants about 6 to 12 inches apart to allow them room to spread and grow.Watering: Water them sparingly. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Overwatering can lead to issues. Water the plants at the base, avoiding getting water on the leaves.Fertilizing: Moss roses don’t require heavy feeding. A balanced fertilizer can be applied every 4-6 weeks during the growing season.Don’t over-fertilize, as it might result in more foliage growth and fewer flowers.Pruning: You can also trim back leggy growth to promote a bushier habit.Winter Care: In colder climates, moss roses are often grown as annuals. They don’t tolerate frost well. If you want to try overwintering them, consider bringing potted moss roses indoors before the first frost or taking cuttings to propagate new plants in the spring.Propagation: Moss roses can be propagated from seeds or by taking cuttings of established plants. Seeds are often used to start new plants, and they germinate relatively quickly.

1- Medjool 1+ Year Old Date Palm Seedling Phoenix Dactylifera Plant Sapling

July 8, 2026

1- Medjool 1+ Year Old Date Palm Tree Seedling, Phoenix dactylifera Food Plant Starter Medjool Date Palm, (Phoenix dactylifera), tree of the palm family (Arecaceae) cultivated for its sweet edible fruits. The date palm has been prized from remotest antiquity and may have originated in what is now Iraq. The fruit has been the staple food and chief source of wealth in the irrigable deserts of North Africa and the Middle East. Spanish missionaries carried the tree to the New World in the 18th and early 19th centuries. Date palms are grown in the Canary Islands, northern Africa, the Middle East, Pakistan, India, Mexico, and the U.S. state of California. This is a spectacular palm for landscaping large areas but can also be used in confined areas in urban landscapes. Plant in a deep pot that provides plenty of room for the taproot and provide plenty of light. This palm tree is drought tolerant and looks best when planted in full sun. Don’t place young palms too close to walkways where their sharp leaf spines might injure passersby. Place the seeds in a sterile medium which is only barely moist, but never too wet at approximately 1/2 inch deep. The soil you plant the palm tree seed in should almost feel dry to the touch. Nevertheless, don’t be tempted to add more water. Seal the seeds in an airtight container (such as a plastic sandwich box (recommended)) or a plastic bag. Place it in a warm-to-hot position; say above the hot-water tank. Temperatures of 90 degrees Fahrenheit are ideal. Inspect the seeds daily. Many species germinate in as little as one or two weeks, but some may take quite a bit longer. When a root appears, carefully put the seeds into well-drained compost (e.g. 50/50 standard potting compost and coarse grit), and keep warm until the shoot appears. When the shoot appears place the palm in a warm, light place. If your room temperature is fairly cool, be very careful not to over-water as the roots of some palms (even the humble date palm) will rot if the compost is kept wet when the palms are not actively growing. This will help increase germination rates.3) Place seeds on top of a moist & well draining seed starting mix. Then cover with a very thin layer of sand. Use a spray bottle to mist sand until moist without over wetting. Cover with a piece of plastic with a few small holes cut into it to keep the humidity high.4) Use a heated propagator to keep the soil at 80-85 degrees F.5) Expect germination within 2-3 weeks.
