50+ Orange Trumpet Vine Seeds (Campsis radicans) Showy Crepper Flower Free S&H

July 8, 2026

50+ Orange Trumpet Vine Seeds (Campsis radicans) Showy Crepper Flower Free S&HShipped in an envelope without tracking. If you would like tracking add $3.00. Campsis radicans, the trumpet vine, orange trumpet vine, or trumpet creeper, is a species of flowering plant in the family Bignoniaceae, native to eastern North America, and naturalized elsewhere. Growing to 10 meters, it is a vigorous, deciduous woody vine, notable for its showy trumpet-shaped flowers. This plant has low severity poison characteristics. Trumpet vine is a dense, vigorous, multi-stemmed, deciduous, woody vine in the Bignoniaceae (begonia) family that attaches itself to structures and climbs by aerial rootlets. Trumpet vines bloom on new growth, so deadheading after the flowers will encourage a second showing. Trumpet-shaped yellow, orange, and red flowers bloom from June to September in the summer. A trumpet vine is an excellent pick for a pollinator or hummingbird garden, attracting swarms of winged creatures all summer. You’ll have rafts of flowers for months, too.Trumpet vines prefer well-draining soil, but they’ll thrive in almost any soil. No need to add organic matter at the time of planting. They grow in part shade to full sun, but you’ll get the most blooms in full sun. Planting trumpet vine in a container is an excellent way to control its natural tendency to spread. A container of at least 20 gallons is necessary. Place a trellis or other structure behind the planter to give trumpet vine a place to grow. Prune regularly to control its growth. The flowers and the whole plant are blood tonic, carminative, depurative diuretic and febrifuge. They are used in the treatment of women’s complaints. A decoction of the flowers is used to correct menstrual disorders, rheumatoid pains, traumatic injuries, difficult urination, pruritis and oozing dermaphytoses. Trumpet vine is used to treat menstrual disorders, rheumatoid pain, and difficult urination. Caution: Plant parts are slightly toxic if ingested.
