Mutilated plants do not qualify for refunds. BE AWARE that when I list a plant that has been recently repotted, it is in the process to growing new roots and the old ones may not be viable. This is a natural occurence when orchids are repotted and not necessarily the results of poor management. I send a flyer with all newly repotted plants with instructions on how to care for them.
