Here is another of our prized offerings: CREEPING THYME PURPLE 4000 SEEDS GROUNDCOVER LAWN HERB DROUGHT ARID PERENNIAL US * Creeping Thyme is a perennial Non-GMO ground cover and doesn’t require a lot of water so it is perfect for areas with limited rainfall! * Creeping Thyme is also deer resistant. * Creeping Thyme is an easily grown spreading groundcover that accepts fairly dry conditions. * It has very unique foliage unlike grass and therefore would make a nice lawn replacement. * It can also cascade down walls and can grow in areas where minimal dirt is exposed like stone walkways. * This hardy Perennial can withstand foot traffic, poor soil and drought conditions. * Creeping Thyme, being of Mediterranean descent, can withstand arid conditions and actually does very well with minimal water. * This Creeping Thyme variety will produce beautiful purple flowers which are very showy! * The flowers attract pollinators like bees and butterflies. * Many beneficial insects are attracted to Creeping Thyme and will balance out your garden ecology keeping the pests at bay. * Creeping Thyme is also edible and is a wonderful edition to the edible landscape design. * Creeping Thyme can be used as a flavoring and has a flavor like mint when crushed. * The essential oils are harvested from Thyme and they’re used in a wide range of applications. * Creeping Thyme can be used in small space gardening and would be ideal for hanging baskets, window boxes and containers. * It’ll also do great on a balcony or small deck.
