PLEASE note: you will get a 3 USPS large box with about 4 to 5 lbs of plants ea. The number of plants may vary based on sizes when packed. We try to give a mix of sizes and try to get 75 or more plants total across all three boxes but you may be a few short if the plants are larger. These are HIGH quality organic non fertilizer added, grown in PART sun. The nutrients come from the koi and turtles they share the pond with. 20 to 25 water lettuce. The Water Lettuce is grown In a greenhouse so ther is a need for a transition into full sun. Great filter for pond or bog. It is recommend to cover half of the ponds surface for shade and algae control. Turtles also love to eat this plant. Please note: During the stress of shipping it is normal for the plants to drop roots. The good news is that they are very hardy and should perk back up in a few days. Due to the roots dropping they may float on their sides but should right themselves as new roots develop. Before packing I take the brown leaves off so you will get a box of green plants. When your plants arrive please get them into water ASAP. I recommend floating them in a large rubber tote. This will help wash the dropped roots and any leaves broken during shipping. Place the fresh washed plants in your pond. Feel free to send pictures of your plants in the pond! Although care is taken to package your plants for shipping, we cannot issue refunds once the plants are shipped. These are live plants and can be stressed during shipping.
