You can make them yourself and these seeds are whats needed to be able to make them. Rainbow roses need to be created, not grown. Use red, blue, and yellow dyes to get the full rainbow. They will probably mix a bit on their way up each stem, creating the full rainbow effect and making each rose slightly different.
