Red Clover Seeds for Sprouting Microgreens, COOL BEANS N SPROUTS brand

Main picture does not indicate the amount being sent. You will receive the quantity of seed you purchased from the size amount drop down option. COOL BEANS N SPROUTS Brand All about your Red Clover Microgreen! To reap the health benefits of microgreens, eat them immediately after harvest. Microgreens, like most other superfoods that are consumed fresh, begin to lose their nutritional value rapidly after harvest. Consider growing your own microgreens at home as this will allow you to decide exactly when you harvest your crop. Microgreens are young vegetable greens that are approximately 1–3 inches (2.5–7.5 cm) tall. They have an aromatic flavor and concentrated nutrient content and come in a variety of colors and textures. Microgreens are considered baby plants, falling somewhere between a sprout and baby green. Clover is such a versatile microgreen! They have beautiful green leaves with a mild, fresh, nutty & sweet flavor. Clover adds a fresh crisp crunch to sandwiches & salads and is very similar to Alfalfa in both flavor & texture. Red clover microgreen is a source of many valuable nutrients including proteins, minerals, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, silicon, as well as vitamins A, B-12, C, E and K. The Clover microgreen prefers to be grown hydroponically. You will use about 1 ounce of seeds per 1020 tray, and no need to pre-soak them. Use a blackout dome 3-5 days. At Day 3 and 4, carefully flip the blackout lid onto your plants to help strengthen your crop before exposing fully to light. Clover microgreens will be ready for peeling about 5-6 days after planting and will be ready for harvest in about 8-10 days!

This biannual flower is known as a ‘nitrogen fixer’ and is popularly grown for its ability to restore soil structure and add nitrogen to depleted soils. Alsike Clover also tolerates some shade, making it a great plant to grow under heavy nitrogen feeding crops such as corn to ensure healthy yields and soil maintenance. 5700+ Mammoth Red Clover Seeds | Flower Gardening Pollinator Plant Seed Packet

July 8, 2026

Untitled DocumentStoreFeedbackFollow UsRed Mammoth Cloveris a quick growing biennial prized for its ability to restore soil structure and add nitrogen to depleted soils. This clover variety grows 1 to 2 feet tall with 3-leaflet clover leaves and displays multiple round delicate & purplish pointed florets. Mammoth Red Clover will grow in more acidic soil than other clovers which usually prefer more neutral soils. The flowers are edible and may be used to garnish drinks, salads, and soups for very mild honey-like flavor. This plant provides an excellent source of forage for grazing animals and nectar for foraging bees and other pollinators. Mammoth Red Clover tolerates some shade so you can sow in between vegetable or flower rows, under tall plants such as heavy nitrogen feeding crops like corn, or under fruit trees and hardy perennials. Mammoth Red Clover is typically grown as a quick-growing biannual groundcover because of its ability to obtain nitrogen from the atmosphere and “fix” it underground onto nodules attached to its deep tap roots. This process is referred to as ‘nitrogen fixation’ and can be combined with other regenerative techniques like incorporating grazing animals, ‘green manure till-in’ techniques, mow, or cut back with a weed trimmer at the end of bloom and before seeds form. Red Mammoth Clover can re-grow after light grazing or mowing once flowering has begun to avoid reseeding. This is a great addition to any butterfly waystation or pollinator garden.Seed Quantity 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: To conserve resources we combine all orders of duplicate seed quantities of the same variety into one pack. Micro clover seeds 5000-8000 seeds

July 8, 2026

Micro Clover (Trifolium repens) is a perennial, drought tolerant white clover only growing to approximately 4 – 6 inches tall making it ideal for a lawn alternative or to mix with your current lawn grass. Micro Clover, a very small leaved white clover, also produces stolons so that it can spread itself evenly over the ground. Adding just 2 – 5% of Micro Clover to the grass seed mixture will result in a much-improved lawn. It has all the benefits of regular white clover just packed into smaller leaves. Micro Clover ability to pull nitrogen from the air and fix or convert it to a usable form by the plants makes it a great companion for turf grass varieties making them more drought tolerant. This is due to nitrogen fixation benefiting the turf grass plants as well producing a healthy, dense, and naturally fertilized clover lawn that will require very little fertilizer maintenance.
