Sand Pear Seeds Asian White Korean Pyrus Pyrifolia Native Fruit Tree Edible

July 9, 2026

Fresh Asian Sand Pear Seeds inside US and Fast shipping Asian and White sand pears (Pyrus pyrifolia and p. ussuriensis) are fast-growing trees that produce round crisp pears. They are susceptible to most of the diseases suffered by the European species of the pear genus Pyrus. They especially suffer from the fungal diseases pear scab, powdery mildew and sooty blotch. Asian pears may be grown in plant hardiness zones 5 through 9 My high rate germination tips: Place the seeds in a sealable plastic bag with wet paper tower . Label and date the plastic bag and put the seeds in the refrigerator for 3-4 month. This refrigeration process mimics what would happen in the wild if the seed overwintered in the soil. Check the seeds periodically and keep them just moist. After 1-four months you can plant the seeds in in a small pot in sterile potting soil 1 inch (2.5 cm.) deep. Place only one seed per pot. Put the pot(s) in a sunny spot and keep the soil moist. The seeds should germinate and produce green growth in three months. Customer Service:Your success is our success. If you feel like you cannot leave us a 5 star rating or if you have any issues with your order, like damaged or wrong items etc…just send us a note and we’ll promptly resolve the issue for you.
