This variety is special for harvest leaves and young vine as vegetable, which is popular in the Asian markets and restaurants. The both skin and inside meat is white, the potato is big. It is creamy when cooked. Leaves and young vines are more preferable than the potato as vegetable. They will grow very fast and vigorous from spring to fall and stop growing in cold weather. If you leave the potato in the ground, young sprouts and vines will come out again in spring. Year after year, you will have sweet, organic fresh vegetable from May to Dec.! 100% Nature! Organic! No Chemical Pesticides or Insecticides needed!Please be kindly noted that , the slips cuttings will be packed and traveled long way in a dark package without air flows, most of the tips and leaves become yellow and back. Therefore, all leaves will be removed before shipment. The cuttings you receive will be similar to the third picture showing but may be with roots or without roots. Please open the package as soon as you receive and place them in water for a second, then, plant them in pot or garden. Insert 2/3 of the stems into soil at about 40 degree and keep soil moisture. Shade is highly recommended before growing. Or place them about 1/3 of the stems in vase with fresh water, change water every day, about one week later, they will get roots and you can transfer into pot or garden. But if you forget to change water every day, then, the vines will be rotten and will not grow.The last few pictures are showing cuttings with tips and leaves we shipped before but some of the leaves are rotted but the last pictures showing you that roots are coming out and start to grow.
